Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile ICT and Digital Promotion Officer to oversee our organization’s information technology systems while leading digital marketing and promotional activities. The right candidate will bring both technical expertise and creative digital marketing skills to strengthen our online presence and ensure the efficient use of ICT resources.
Key Responsibilities
ICT Responsibilities

Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure

Troubleshoot technical problems and provide ICT support to staff

Implement, monitor, and update cybersecurity protocols

Install, upgrade, and document ICT systems and assets
Digital Promotion Responsibilities
-
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, and online platforms
-
Create engaging content and manage official social media accounts

Plan and launch online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Track, analyze, and optimize digital marketing performance
-
Coordinate online PR activities and monitor the organization’s online reputation
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Proven experience in ICT support/administration and digital marketing
-
Familiarity with network management, cybersecurity, digital marketing tools, and analytics
-
Strong problem-solving, creative, and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team environment
