Position Title: Sales Data Analyst Intern

Job Purpose
The Sales Data Analyst Intern will support the Sales Information Hub team with data organization, report preparation, and performance tracking. This role provides an opportunity to learn how data drives business decisions within Heineken Ethiopia’s Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities

Collect and organize sales data and insights from different sources

Help prepare weekly and monthly reports within the scope of the Sales Information Hub

Assist in updating Power BI dashboards and Excel trackers

Support simple trend analysis on sales, promotions, and product performance

Check and clean data to ensure reports are accurate and complete

Work with team members to prepare slides or visuals for meetings

Interpret data and translate it into simple business insights
Job Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields
Experience & Competencies
-
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)

Curious about data analysis and sales performance measurement

Good communication and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)

Attention to detail

Willingness to learn new tools such as Power BI or Power Query

Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in a team environment
