Addis cardiac centre PLC is a company giving cardiac and other related health care service. Accordingly, the primary and duties and responsibilities of Finance Head in Addis Cardiac centre will be as follows.
Finance Head primary duties and Responsibilities
The Finance Head assists in a variety of financial projects and activities. Specific responsibilities vary by position, but they often include financial audit and analysis, creating budgets, organizing financial committees, processing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable and reporting. A financial coordinator may also participate in special projects such as Requests for Proposals
Responsibilities:-
- Analyze all financial data, monitor all transactions and prepare appropriate reports for same.
- Prepare and deliver various accounting reports for every individual matters on a regular basis.
- Manage and reconcile all financial projects appropriately.
- Monitor all financial transactions and recommend ways to increase effectiveness of same
- Develop and maintain a database of records to ensure smooth transaction for all financial processes.
- Coordinate with Insurance Coordinator and evaluate all insurance papers to analyze benefits and advantages for same.
- Provide technical support to all patients and assist in accurate submission of all applications for Medicaid.
- Monitor all expenditure and perform required calculations for same.
- Prepare regular productivity reports and evaluate for completeness and authenticity of information.
- Ensure that all staff teams are informs of financial polices and systems in place.
- Participate on annual budget preparation and exercise budgetary control and analyze variance in the budget and present monthly, quarterly and yearly. Performance report the Manager.
- Assist consumers and ensure effective implementation of all budget and financial issue.
- Assist all employees and entrepreneurs and prepare budget plans and provide technical support.
- Checks the tax ledger against tax declaration monthly basis.
- Follows up the preparation for all payments authorizes payments as per the company policy
Job Requirements
- Required qualification: BA in Accounting with 5years of experience
