Job Description
- Provide assistance to the import and export team
- Provide assistance of all import and export documentation
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports
- Assist on Expediting the flow of traffic destinations including customs documentation and transportation.
- Assist on bank import and export compliances
- Proper follow up with bank and documentation
- Reporting to supervisor on time
- Assist on Planning and coordinate business transactions involving importing from or exporting goods to foreign countries.
- Assist on Direct the allocation of materials, supplies and products, overseeing purchasing, shipping, warehousing and delivery.
- Ensures that all exports are documented correctly. provide applicable export documentation needed by each country of destination
- Track the location of shipment of goods
Job Requirements
- Import & export documentation course from Addis Ababa university
- BA degree in management
- Knowledge of basic computer software applications is required
- An assertive personality with excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills while working with direct reports
