JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management/Economics /or related field from a recognized University
Experience:With a minimum of 5 years of experience at a similar position in preferably real estates, property management companies, hotels, or related.
Other requirements:
- Lead/assist in the end-to-end management of the business
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Overseeing the sales and marketing department and ensuring team effectiveness through training and developing, setting objectives and targets, etc
- Keen in identifying and exploiting market opportunities, trends and developments within the real estate sector and ensuring that management is kept appraised on business activities
- Supporting management in overseeing day to day business operations, develop and oversee the implementation of business strategies, act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining excellent rapport with clients, new and existing customers
- Taking lead in business process improvements
