Position Summary
We are hiring 10 qualified Team Leaders/Site Supervisors to oversee distribution line installation activities. This role involves close supervision of fieldwork, coordination with project teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the installation of power distribution lines according to project plans and standards.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with their team, project Coordinate, and project manger for daily site activities.
- Report progress, site issues, and daily updates to the Project Coordinator or project manager.
- Support quality control and ensure proper material handling on-site
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in distribution line installation or related electrical works.
- Basic knowledge of electrical drawings, installation techniques, and safety practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at different project sites as required.
