EDUCATOR

• Education/training
  * Diploma in Clinical Nursing and related fields from recognized College or University;
  * Training on community mobilization and community conversation;
  * Knowledge on HIV-related issues and ABC-approach;
  * Certification in HIV-counseling and related training;
• Experience:
  * Minimum of 5 years experience in outreach activities working with CBOs and youth;
  * experience in working with CSWs is preferable;
• Technical and other skills
  * Strong communicating skills in addressing various target groups and stakeholders;
  * Strong training and mentoring skills;

SOCIAL WORKER

Education/training
* First degree in social work or sociology and related fields from recognized college or
university;

*diploma in nursing;
* Training and certificate in HIV-counseling, VCT, Psychological support to PLWH
* Training on entrepreneurship and business skills;
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field

Technical and other skills
* Strong communicating skills in addressing clients, stakeholders and colleagues;
* Strong training and mentoring skills;
* Writing skills (in English and Amharic) for reporting;
* Organizational skills;
