Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Requirements: BA Degree/Diploma, 10+2, 10+3, TVET Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, Rural Development, Cooperative, Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or related fields study
Experience: At least one year of experience
Technical skills:
• Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
• Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team;
• Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of integrity
• Good knowledge in economic and financial topics;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Number of Position: 03 (Three) for each branch
Position 2: Accounts and Control Officer
Requirements: Bachelor degree or Diploma in accounting and related fields, Chartered accountant is an added advantage.
Experience: 2 years of experience for bachelor degree or 4 years’ experience for diploma in related positions.
Technical skills:
• Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of integrity
• Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values.
• Be proficient in Microsoft office, Sun systems and excellent use of Excel spreadsheets
• Highly developed sense of reliability and accuracy
• Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach
• Very good communication skills
