JOB REQUIREMENT
MA/BA in social work, sociology, psychology or any other related field of social science
5 years of relevant work experience out of which a minimum of 2 years is in in a child/youth welfare organization Having worked in projects that are related to governmental orphanages and their residents is a plus
Fluency in spoken and written English, Amharic.
Knowledge of any other local language is a plus
Awareness and understanding of social development issues Ability to work under high pressure.
