- Qualification: LLB Degree in Law

2. LEGAL OFFICER I
- Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
- Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Competency : Good knowledge of Ethiopian criminal, civil and commercial codes and procedures; good knowledge of company governing statutes; good knowledge of the principles and methods of litigation; ability to interpret codes of law and provide expert opinion; considerable oral and written communication skill

3. BRANCH MANAGER
- Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing or Accounting or Economics or Management or related fields.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in core insurance operations with at least 2 years service at Branch Manager post
- Competency : Good level of skill in negotiation; excellent knowledge of insurance business; excellent knowledge of company Underwriting policies and procedures.

4. BRANCH MANAGER
- Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing or Accounting or Economics or Management or related fields.
