• Educational Qualification:  BA in Human Resource Management or Management
• Work Experience: 3 years as Learning & Development  Officer II or equivalent OR 6 years relevant experience in the banking  industry OR  2 years as Senior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent OR 7 years relevant experience

2.JUNIOR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER [HEAD OFFICE]

• Educational Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management or Management OR Diploma/TVET10+3/Level  IV & COC Award in Human Resource Management or Management
• Work Experience: For BA, 1 year as Human Resource Assistant or equivalent experience in the banking industry. OR 1 year as Junior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent experience OR For Diploma /TVET 10+ 3/ Level IV, 2 years as Human Resource Assistant  or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR2 years as Junior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent experience

3.BRANCH MANAGER, GRADE D [SEBETA BRANCH]

• Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
• Work Experience: 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch or equivalent OR 8 years relevant experience in the banking industry

4.BRANCH MANAGER, GRADE B [ HOSSAENA BRANCH]

• Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
• Work Experience: 2 years as Manager, Grade C Branch or equivalent OR 10 years relevant experience in the banking industry
