Purpose of the Position
The Accounting Intern will support the Finance team in a variety of accounting tasks including preparing financial reports, account reconciliation, and other related assignments.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Accounting department staff and observe daily operations.

Assist with research, data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Process, record, and reconcile sales transactions.

Support in preparing the final trial balance for reporting purposes.

Utilize bookkeeping software to complete assigned tasks.

Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.

Collaborate with the Accounting team to compile and analyze financial data, track records, and provide support to the company or its clients.

Communicate with relevant government offices as directed.

Take on additional tasks and projects to broaden knowledge of accounting and office operations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields.

No prior work experience required.

Strong mathematical aptitude and computer literacy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High levels of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
