About the Company
Dynamic Microfinance Institution (DMFI) was established and registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia in
2009 as a share company fulfilling the requirements of Proclamation No. 626/2009 and
the directives of the National Bank of Ethiopia. The objective of the institution is to improve the socioeconomic status
of low-income customers by stepping in to fill the gap in access to finance through the provision
of efficient financial services.

Years of Experience: 0 years of experience for degree holders and 1 year of experience for TVET Level IV/V
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: BA Degree or TVET Level IV/V in a related field from recognized Higher learning Institutions.

Salary: Remuneration is as per the institution’s New Salary Scale & Benefits Package.
