- Required Education & Experience BA degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration and any business related field of study; Only Graduates of 2023 G.CApplicants should pass the national exit examination.CGPA: For Female 2.25 & above For male 2.5 & above

NB: applicants at Harerghe area – speaking both Amharic and Afaan Oromoo languages and applicants for Somali region speaking both Amharic & Somali language is highly desirable.
BRANCH MANAGER – GRADE 1
- Required Education & Experience BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with 3(three) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 1(one) year in supervisory position
Place of Work: Gursum / Shebelle/ New branches under Harar city
NB: applicants at Gursum Branch- Speaking affan oromo language is highly desirable, For Shebelle Branch, Speaking Somali is preferable, and new Branches under Harar City Speaking affan- oromo is Preferable
