Overview of the Role:
The English Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering interactive English lessons to learners across different proficiency levels. The role involves creating a supportive and communicative environment that encourages confidence, fluency, and continuous improvement. This position aims to ensure measurable progress while maintaining an enjoyable learning experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and teach well-organized English lessons using communicative and learner-centered methods.

Monitor student progress regularly and provide useful feedback.

Prepare and assign course-related activities, homework, and assessments.

Take part in teacher meetings, training sessions, and content development tasks.

Keep accurate records of student attendance, performance, and participation.

Support student learning through consistent communication, motivation, and follow-up.

Perform other tasks as instructed by the Academic Supervisor or Branch Manager.
Required Qualification
Education & Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience (either online or face-to-face).

TEFL/TESOL certification is an added advantage.
Skills:

Strong English proficiency (B2/C1 level preferred).
