About You

Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/practical experience in manufacturing or engineering are encouraged to apply.

Technical Knowledge: Strong academic foundation in your engineering discipline, workplace safety, basic machine operation, and PPE usage.

Hands-On Training: Exposure to printing/packaging machinery, preventive maintenance, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

Soft Skills: Communication, basic leadership, and introduction to project management.

Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with Kai-Zen, 5S, or TPM practices.
