Data Management
-
Lead and coordinate master data cleansing and migration.

Establish and enforce data quality standards (e.g., completeness, naming conventions).

Take ownership of templates for items, customers, vendors, BOM, chart of accounts, etc.
Training & Change Support
-
Create and manage training materials and quick reference guides by function.
-
Organize hands-on training sessions for each department.
-
Act as a “super user” to provide first-line post-go-live support.
Process Documentation
-
Support departments in documenting “to-be” processes.
-
Ensure ERP workflows are clearly understood and applied as designed.
Cross-Departmental Liaison
-
Serve as the bridge between IT, the ERP partner, and business users.
-
Lead weekly meetings with departmental focal points on training and data progress.
About You
-
BA Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
-
At least 2 years of experience with ERP systems.
-
Strong business understanding.
-
Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central, NAV) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
