Job Requirements
Qualifications
- BA degree in Accounting or Finance from recognized university
- Minimum BSc. Degree in international business management/administration, export/import process management, and related or graduate with equivalent and relevant professional qualifications
- Experience of 10 years and above in the export/import of agricultural commodities mainly coffee, pulses, sesame and -chemicals
- Excellent knowledge of the auction based marketing and Ethiopian export/import market
- Excellent market assessment and intelligence skills
- Significant managerial and coordination experiences and skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Excellent organizational, budgeting, planning, and reporting skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Having cross-cultural learning and communication skills is a plus;
Experience:
- Proven working experience as Finance Controller or Senior Accountant or Finance Head with minimum 6 years of experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory position.
- Experience in manufacturing sector is highly required
