HEINEKEN is launching its Global Graduate Program, created to accelerate career growth and develop future leaders within one of the world’s most recognized brands.
About the Program
The Global Graduate Program is a three-year development journey consisting of three rotations, each lasting six months, within your selected function: Finance, Commerce, or Supply Chain.
Following the rotations, participants will spend the remaining 18 months in a role within their home operating company in Ethiopia.
Rotation 1
Begin your journey within the HEINEKEN operating company in Ethiopia. During this phase, participants will build a strong foundation in their chosen function while gaining insight into the company’s operations, strategy, and culture.
Rotation 2
Continue the program in Ethiopia through a cross-functional assignment that provides broader exposure to various business functions and how they connect.
Rotation 3
Take part in an international assignment designed to strengthen global exposure, cultural adaptability, and international experience.
Landing Role
After completing the rotations, graduates transition into a management role within their operating company in Ethiopia, continuing their professional development journey.

About Supply Chain
The Supply Chain team at HEINEKEN plays a key role in delivering high-quality products to consumers through efficient production, logistics, and distribution systems.
The team focuses on operational excellence, sustainability, safety, and service delivery while continuously improving processes and reducing environmental impact.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience
No prior work experience is required. The program specifically targets graduates with a maximum of one year post-graduation experience.
Language
English proficiency is required alongside local language requirements.
Work Authorization
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country of application.
Global Mobility
Candidates must be willing and able to relocate internationally during the program.
Your Future at HEINEKEN
Upon successful completion of the three-year program, graduates may transition into management roles either in Ethiopia or within one of HEINEKEN’s global operating companies.
Continuous leadership development opportunities will remain available after the program.
Application & Selection Process
Application Submission
Applicants should upload their CV and cover letter through the application portal.
Application period: May 11 – May 25
Online Assessments
Candidates will complete online assessments focused on situational behavior scenarios and cognitive ability tests during June.
Interviews
Successful applicants will be invited for two interview stages planned for July.
Assessment Center
Shortlisted candidates will participate in an in-person assessment center involving various activities and evaluations.
Important Notice
The online assessment can only be completed once.
Applicants applying for multiple Global Graduate Program positions within the same country may receive several invitations; however, the assessment remains identical and accessible only one time.
Assessment results will be linked to the first role applied for and shared only with recruiters for that position. Applicants are encouraged to apply for only one GGP role per country.
Joining HEINEKEN
Candidates who successfully complete all stages will receive an offer to join HEINEKEN’s Global Graduate Program.
