📌 Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphics Designer to manage the full production of visual content across all media channels. This role combines high-quality graphic design with end-to-end video production, ensuring consistent brand identity across print, digital, and video platforms.
🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities
1️⃣ Graphic Design & Static Visual Content

Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of print and digital materials

Create branding and print assets such as logos, brochures, flyers, presentations, packaging, and brand guidelines

Design digital assets including website graphics, social media visuals, infographics, and email creatives

Apply strong knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principles

Prepare print-ready files (CMYK) and optimized digital assets (RGB)
-
Ensure all visual outputs strictly follow and reinforce brand standards
2️⃣ Video Production (Recording & Editing)
Pre-Production
-
Support concept development and convert ideas into storyboards or shot lists

Coordinate shoot logistics, equipment setup, and location preparation
Production
-
Act as the primary camera operator for video and photo shoots
-
Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting systems, and audio equipment
-
Direct on-screen talent to ensure clear visual and audio capture
Post-Production

Edit and structure raw footage into polished video content using NLE software
-
Perform color correction, color grading, audio mixing, and sound design
-
Integrate music, titles, lower thirds, and motion graphics
-
Create animated elements using Adobe After Effects
3️⃣ Technical Management & Quality Control

Maintain strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Organize, label, back up, and archive all project files and raw assets
-
Deliver final visual content that meets platform-specific technical requirements (resolution, format, aspect ratio)
👤 About You
🎓 Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video production
