About the Program

The Intern Recruitment and Training Program (IRTP) is a strategic, fully paid initiative designed to build a sustainable talent pipeline for our Customs Clearing Department. This high-intensity, 90-day technical bootcamp is led by Senior Customs Experts. We aim to bridge the skills gap by converting your theoretical technical background into practical, high-level expertise in logistics, documentation, and the Pave ERP system.

What You Will Learn

The curriculum covers the full spectrum of modern logistics:

• Customs & Trade Regulations: International frameworks (WCO/WTO) and compliance.
• Technical Documentation: Verification of Invoices, BL/AWB, and Certificates of Origin.
• Classification: Advanced HS Code and CPC/EPC interpretation.
• Systems Training: Hands-on declaration processing within the Pave ER System.
• Professionalism: Workplace communication, stress management, and customer handling excellence.

Selection Process

Candidates will undergo a multi-dimensional evaluation:

1. Written Technical & Analytical Assessments.
2. One-on-One Interviews.
3. Group Discussions (Teamwork & Leadership).
4. Behavioral Testing.

Requirements

We are seeking analytical minds ready to make their mark in the logistics industry:

• Education: Recent Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science fields.
• Skills: Strong analytical reasoning, computer literacy, and MS Office proficiency.
• Mindset: High level of professional temperament and adaptability.
• Commitment: Must be available for the full 90-day bootcamp and agree to a 1-year mandatory service period upon successful certification.
