Duties & Responsibilities

1 Provide assistance in the use of personal computer hardware and software

1. Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level
2. Install software and install and repair hardware and peripherals;
3. Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, implement corrective action and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate
4. Design and produce basic reports
5. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
6. Repairing and Replacing Damaged Technology Equipment
7. Perform other related duties as assigned
8. Supporting People whenever get challenge with computer and Network device
9. Installing, Configure, Troubleshooting and Monitoring CCTV Camera
10. Perform Routine Operator Level Preventive Maintenance on CCTV Camera and NVR (Network Video Record).
11. Controlling Attendance Machine and Maintaining Machine Attendance if Problem happen.
12. Minimize and effectively manage risks and use opportunities to improve performance.
13. Give Medium Level Maintenance before any problem happen and Solve on a time if it happens
14. Letup Workstation with the computer, Router, Printer, Switch, CCTV Camera.
15. Install, Configure, Follow-up and Monitoring public addressing and Attendance Machine.
16. Ensure preparedness and response to emergency situations and accidents
17. Develop matured food safety culture of the management, employees and relevant interested parties
18. Periodically monitor, measure, analyze and evaluate the food safety management systems compliance and enhance performance.
19. Continually validate, verify, review, improve and update the food safety management system for the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the system.
20. Establish, implement, document, maintain and continually improve the food safety management system (ISO 22000) in the operations

Requirements

       Qualification: –

Educational Background:

• BSC Degree in ICT or Computer Science

Experience:

• Relevant experience of 1 year and above
