About the Job
Jay Jay Textiles is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to oversee production operations, ensure accuracy in input and output ratios, and achieve monthly production plans. The role requires effective management of operators, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy of input and output quantities with required ratios

Plan and achieve monthly production targets
-
Supervise all re-cut operations
-
Manage machine operators, build team spirit, and motivate staff to achieve desired output
-
Monitor labor turnover and absenteeism among operators
-
Ensure allocated order quantities are achieved as per planning reports
-
Maintain end-line rejection percentage at a minimum level
-
Prevent AQL and other audit failures
-
Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness procedures at all times
-
Identify and mitigate environmental impact aspects
-
Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or top management
About You
Education
-
Advanced University Degree in Textile, Garment, or related fields
