Duties and Responsibilities
1. Post and reconcile cash receipts and sales transactions
2. Update and reconcile customers’ ledgers
3. Assist in sorting and preparation of monthly tax declaration documents
(VAT,income taxes, and withholding taxes) as per the requirement of the Ethiopian revenue office
4.Perform the check payment preparation activities
5. Handle the check payment follow-up activities
6. Summarize and record petty cash transactions
7. Follow up on the financial documents for their completeness and proper filing
8. Perform other related duties as assigned by an immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
B.A. degree in Accounting from a recognized University/College with 0-year work experience.
Diploma in Accounting from a recognized University/College with 2 years of related work experience.
The skill of working in Accounting software and excel spreadsheets is a requirement.
