About the Job
- Handle all accounting treatments from coding up to preparation of statements for further review by the Division.
- Codify or check coding of any data entries to be transferred from collection and disbursement Division.
- Raise journal vouchers at the time of arrival and make ready for further treatment.
- Handle postings to the general ledger and sub-ledgers timely and properly.
- Participate in the tasks of financial analysis whereby to release financial statements and other information for decision making.
- Work out depreciation of fixed assets per the pre-determined schedule.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
