Position Summary
The Junior Architect, under the supervision of the Lead Architect, is responsible for assisting in the preparation of architectural plans, designs, and layouts, developing architectural technical specifications, and contributing to the architectural portion of project proposals at different project stages.
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Execute architectural plans, designs, and layouts, and contribute to architectural project proposals at various stages under the guidance of the Lead Architect or Senior Architect.

Assist in architectural concept design for small-scale projects under supervision.

Follow design quality procedures using SOPs and checklists for reporting to the Senior Architect.

Support architectural concept design for small-scale projects under the supervision of the Lead/Senior Architect.

Ensure compliance with design quality standards and report findings to the Senior Architect (SAR).

Perform other duties as required by the immediate supervisor that are within the role’s capacity and align with the company’s objectives and goals.
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Licensing: Must hold a practicing Professional Architect (PPAR) license issued by the Authority Having Jurisdiction in Ethiopia. City/Regional license is preferable.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or Electrical CAD.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
