Position Summary
We are looking for a Junior Booking Agent who is detail-oriented, customer-driven, and able to handle a high volume of calls. The role involves managing customer bookings, responding to inquiries, providing accurate service information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy supporting customers.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and promptly.

Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications through the reservation system.

Provide customers with accurate details about services, availability, and pricing.

Use smartphones and basic computer tools effectively during customer interactions.

Enter customer data, log calls accurately, and maintain updated records.

Maintain a recommended typing speed of 25–35 WPM to support efficient call handling.

Education
Diploma or Degree in:

Or related fields
Experience

No prior experience required (fresh graduates encouraged)
Skills
