Role Scope
This role provides on-site engineering support according to the defined scope of work. You will ensure that all statutory requirements, consultant approvals, installation standards, and local authority guidelines are applied consistently. In addition, you will align all activities with Contract Specifications and Company QA/QC policies. Each week, you will document staff and labor performance and submit the report to senior management. The Site Engineer will also share contract engineering documents and delivery requirements with the site teams when needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
Project Execution
-
Follow all contract specifications and guidelines through the commencement, construction, and hand-over stages of the project.

Prepare material submittals according to consultant requirements and make sure the site team receives updated and usable information. A continuously maintained register is required.
HSE, QA/QC & Compliance
-
Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments follow company HSE and QA/QC procedures. Record all information on an accessible platform. Additionally, confirm compliance with commissioning, testing, spares, warranties, and delivery timelines.
Procurement & Scheduling Support

Assist procurement and long-lead item scheduling in collaboration with line managers and project engineers. Document delivery dates, pending materials, and any issues that may influence project timelines.
Document & Drawing Management

Manage the distribution of drawings, contract documents, and specifications. Provide the correct and current versions to all site team members so that work proceeds smoothly and within the project schedule. Immediately submit any scope changes to the Commercial Team.

Oversee Drawing Control and As-Built Information by checking and approving drawings before sending them out. Keep weekly records of drawing updates and system change requirements.
Quality Assurance & Material Control

Maintain project QA/QC standards. Inspect installations, ensure sign-offs are completed, and then submit the inspection documents.

Handle full material take-offs and work with SEs and CMs to coordinate measurables while ensuring compliance.
Reporting & Project Performance

Track project team efficiencies and report them to senior managers. Each week, document delays, constraints, deviations, or stoppages, and submit the report to the site planner or project manager.

During project close-out, ensure Testing and Commissioning requirements, spare parts lists, warranty terms, and defect liability periods are clearly understood. Confirm that all written compliance documents are signed by responsible parties.
About You
Educational Qualification

BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Work Experience

Fresh graduates with zero years of experience are welcome to apply.
