Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Leather Goods Designer to give a hands-on training program designed to teach the craft of leather goods making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Hands-On Training: Facilitate training sessions on leather goods creation such as pattern design, cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control.
- Craft Designing: Participate in the research, design and development of new products with a focus on creativity and craftsmanship.
- Creative Instruction: Use innovative teaching methods to engage students, fostering an environment of creativity and self-expression.
- Skill Building: Teach essential skills in leatherworking, including tool use, stitching techniques, edge finishing, and hardware application.
- Student Support: Foster a supportive, fun and collaborative classroom environment.
- Maintain Equipment and Materials: Ensure that the classroom is well-equipped with the necessary tools and materials, keeping everything organized and in good working condition.
About You
Requirements
- Bachelors in science in leather Goods and related fields and related fields
- Good communication skill
- 1- 2 years of related experience
