Dodai Manufacturing Plc, a fast-growing e-mobility company, is looking for a Junior Logistics Officer to join its Procurement and Logistics team. Established in 2023, Dodai is committed to making urban e-mobility accessible across Africa by assembling and distributing electric two-wheelers in Ethiopia. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about logistics, supply chain management, and efficient operations.
Purpose of the Position:
The Junior Logistics Officer will coordinate daily transportation and distribution activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and smooth logistics operations. The role includes monitoring shipments, updating logistics databases, preparing reports, and supporting compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor logistics operations for timely goods delivery.

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transport companies.

Track orders and maintain real-time status updates.

Update logistics databases and ensure accuracy of records.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly logistics reports.

Align logistics activities with production and distribution schedules.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Support supplier evaluation, pricing, and delivery negotiations.

Assist with additional projects to improve supply chain operations.
Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

0–1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain.

Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).

Good communication skills and adaptability.

High efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
