Internship Descriptions
🔹 Safety and Security Intern
Major Tasks:

Assist in compiling daily security information to support monthly reporting and decision-making.

Collect security information from open sources and share with the HASSU team.
-
Analyze security situations in the country and IRC intervention areas with potential operational impact.
-
Support access, safety, and security operations.
-
Assist in emergency and contingency planning documentation.
-
Support documentation and information sharing related to emergency response procedures.
-
Monitor expiry and inspection dates of safety-related equipment.
-
Assist in planning and preparing field visit support.
-
Maintain online and hardcopy documentation.
-
Support and co-facilitate staff training with the HASSU team.
-
Perform other related duties as assigned.
🔹 Partnership Intern
Major Tasks:
-
Participate in meetings and prepare meeting notes.
-
Join monitoring trips and prepare monitoring reports.
-
Participate in partner capacity assessments and prepare reports.
-
Support due diligence processes for partners.
-
Assist in developing partnership agreement packages.
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
🔹 Talent Acquisition Intern
Major Tasks:

Support field offices in processing recruitment requests.
-
Assist throughout the recruitment cycle, including vacancy announcements.

Participate in CV screening and shortlisting.
-
Organize and schedule interviews, tests, and assessments.
-
Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate records.
-
Assist with reference checks and preparation of offer and forensic letters.
About You
Educational Requirements (BA / BSc Degree)
-
Talent Acquisition Intern:
Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. -
Safety and Security Intern:
Political Science and International Relations, Global Studies. -
Partnership Intern:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies.
