1. Odoo Developer

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to design, develop, and maintain Odoo applications. The role includes custom module development, integration with third-party applications, and ensuring the scalability and performance of Odoo solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules according to business requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo modules.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to deliver solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Odoo frameworks, ORM, and QWeb templates.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, Git, and Docker.
• Good understanding of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration methods.

1. Odoo Techno-Functional Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking an Odoo Techno-Functional Analyst who will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring Odoo modules, analyzing workflows, providing functional support, and ensuring smooth delivery of Odoo-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze, design, and configure Odoo modules to meet business needs.
• Provide functional expertise in Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, and CRM.
• Collaborate with developers to design technical solutions for custom requirements.
• Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and ensure proper documentation.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues.
• Suggest best practices and process improvements leveraging Odoo capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience working with Odoo (functional or techno-functional).
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and business workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
