JOB REQUIREMENT
Key skill and qualification
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor or field based role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent negotiation & and persuasion abilities
- Resilience & adaptability to changing circumstance
- Previous experience in outdoor sales or related field is preferred. However, candidates with passion for sales, a custom focused mindset and willingness to learn will also be considered.
