Position: Procurement Officer
Term of Employment: One year with the possibility of extension
Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Job Requirements
- BA Degree or Masters in procurement, purchasing and supplies management, Logistics, Accounting, Economics, Management or other relevant fields of studies.
- Minimum of 4 years (BA Degree) and 2 Years (Master’s Degree) of relevant experience and knowledge of Ethiopian Government Procurement directives and the World Bank, the USAID procurement practices and procedures, and other NGOs.
- Good knowledge of supplies management software is a plus
- Experience in collecting, analysing data and reporting
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship, multitask, prioritize activities and work under pressure
- Experience working in donor financed project(s) is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High integrity, with timely & effective communication skill is essential
- Adaptability: working in a multi-cultural environment
