Habesha Breweries S.C. is looking for a Relief Depot Supervisor.
The Role Summary:
Under the direction of the warehouse Operations Manager the incumbent Lead, coach, and control WH Operation staff and drivers towards company goal. He/she is expected to maximize customer satisfaction and warehouse profitability. He/she directs, coordinates, and controls the movement of finished products as well as empty crates and other containers, he/she is also responsible for the proper arrangement and safety of company property in the assigned depot.

- Train, coach, and mentor casuals
- Give direction to casuals on daily operation
- Give real time feedback
- Monitor daily activity of casuals
Satisfied customers
- Develop strong relationship with sales and agent crew
- Set warehouse working hour jointly with sales team and implement
- Manage daily warehouse operation with utmost flexibility
- Continuously review the depot ways of working to maximize customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer complain addressed timely
Effective utilization of system
- 100% utilization of ERP
- Ensure daily stock movement properly recorded in the system
- Perform daily reconciliation of system and actual
- Whenever system down ensure daily manual transaction forwarded to head office and captured
- Ensure 0 stock variance during monthly, semi-annual and year end count
- Properly captured POS materials in the system
- Daily recording of breakage report and forward weekly to finance for adjustment
Effective utilization of resource
- Ensure loading and offloading of big trucks per the standard turn-around-time
- Ensure loading and offloading of agent trucks per the standard turn-around-time
- Ensure storage space properly utilized
- Rigorously implement FIFO
- Keep operational breakage to the minimum
Report
- Provide daily sales and stock movement report
- Weekly breakage report
- Weekly POS stock movement report
Job Requirements
The incumbent:This role is positioned at the mid-level and requires a BA Degree in a related field (Property/Supplies/Logistics Management) and equivalent work experience, ideally 3 plus years of relevant experience.
