About the Job
- The Sales and cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. They assist customers, recommend products, and maintain the store’s appearance.
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchase decisions.
- Explain product features, promotions, and discounts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process customer transactions using the cash register.
- Follow company policies and guidelines on sales and customer service.

About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior cashier or sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
