About the Job
- Identify and approach potential importers, exporters, and project clients
- Promote Sunrise Logistics services and prepare client presentations
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Support RFQs, tenders, and business development initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with operations teams
- Handle client feedback and complaints professionally
- Support client retention and repeat business
Minimum Requirements
- BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Logistics, Economics, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, banking, logistics, or import/export
- Strong communication skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discipline
Advantage
- Experience in logistics, customs, freight forwarding, or trade-related organizations
