Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across corporate and retail markets.

Build and sustain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-ups.

Understand client requirements and recommend tailored promotional product solutions.

Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product proposals.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with clients.

Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports using CRM tools.

Achieve or exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote company products and services.

About You – Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in promotional items, printing, or related sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand branding needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Existing client network in corporate gifting or promotional items (a strong advantage).

Experience sourcing from local or international suppliers is a plus.
