Job Description
Adm Business PLC, a leading importer and diversified business in Ethiopia, is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving business growth, and fostering strong client relationships while ensuring sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Manage, mentor, and guide the sales team.

Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and recommend improvements.
Requirements

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or Business Management.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or a related field.
