- In any field of studies starting from Level IV and BA/B.SC degree.
- Minimum Experience – 1 Years and above experience preferably in FMCG, Tele Birr, M-Birr, E-Birr , SIM Card sales and other related experience is preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related relevant social fields
- A minimum of Four (4) years sales and marketing experience of which 2 is on a supervisory or management role
- Excellent networking skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong team building skills.
- Experience in Telecom sales is preferred
