JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualification and Essential Skills
- Midwife/Nurse/Health Officer/Medical Doctor with advanced degree in Public Health or Reproductive Health/Project Management.
- At least five years’ experience in Family Planning and Reproductive health program management, implementation preferably program related with Public private Mix.
- Strong expertise in national RH/ Family planning program.
- Track record of providing family planning counselling and services, short acting, long-acting reversible contraception,
- Technical expertise in designing training material, preparing guidelines, job aids and conducting clinical training and mentoring in FP and SRH services.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the national RH strategies and FP guidelines and initiatives.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic
