PROGRAMS MANAGER
- Arabic language Proficiency is mandatory- writing, speaking, reading-, English Language proficiency is secondary.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management relevant field required.
- A minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management in Ethiopia required.
- Proficiency and experience using MS Excel and MS projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and vendors.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certificate is preferable.
- Previous experience working on programs implemented in conflict zones.
- Arabic language is mandatory,
- English, Amharic.
- Knowledge of Accounting Software, Excel etc.
SOCIAL WORKER / SOCIAL CARE OFFICER
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in international development, human rights, psychology, sociology, international law, or another social science field is required.
- One to two years of professional experience in the field of social work programs and community service with non-governmental organizations.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and vendors.
- Report write skill.
- Good understanding in social issues as well as family and community development issues.
SOCIAL AFFAIRS OFFICER
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Education Sciences.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the provision of social services with humanitarian and non-profit organizations.
- Languages & Other Skills: English, Amharic, Arabic
- Knowledge of Accounting Software, Excel etc.
