Job Description
– Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods and materials.
– Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner and that project requirements are met.
– Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets. – Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
– Performing cost estimates for projects to determine project feasibility, budget needs, and prices of materials
– Developing specifications for materials used in projects based on research into available materials
– Conducting field surveys to gather data about existing conditions of the project.
– Prepare as built designs for projects
– Prepare 2D & 3D designs for different Projects
-Prepare project task breakdown.
– Prepare shop drawing
– Prepare cost breakdown, BOQ, and contract document.
– Able to inspect the site and prepare a detailed site survey report.
Job Requirements
– 3-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering/Architecture and related fields.
– In-depth understanding of AutoCAD, ARCHICAD, Sketch-up & Rendering software.
– Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills. – Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
