Kerchanshe specializes in coffees sourced from Yirgacheffe, Lekempti, Gimbi, Djimma, and Sidamo, names that epitomise fine Arabica coffee. Since its inception 15 years ago, Kerchanshe has established a track record of fair trading and excellent customer service, and now employs over 1,250 permanent staff and 10,000 seasonal staff. Directly and indirectly, it impacts the livelihoods of over 1 million coffee growers throughout the southern and south-western coffee-cultivating regions of Ethiopia.
Education Qualification:
Graduates of years 2021 & 2022 G.C. with BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resource, Management, Accounting & Finance, Marketing management, Marketing & Sales, Project and Business planning, Computer Science, Information Technology, International Trade and Investment Management, Agri-Business and Value-chain Management, Warehouse management, Business Management, Banking and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Public Administration and Development Management, Accounting and Auditing, Procurement & Supply Management or any other business related field with CGPA of 3.00 and above;
Experience: No prior experience is required.
Invalidation: late application and unable to meet minimum requirement will leads to rejection or disqualification from application.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Strive for the achievement of the company’s goals, objective and mission by showing entrepreneur quality. Follow company’s policy and procedures, follow and accomplish the daily activities of the section, good habit of documentation. and Completing other duties given by your Supervisor or Manager.
