JOB SUMMERY
Basic Functions:
The USAID Development Program Specialist (M&E) is based in the Program Office and, as the leader for M&E, is the principal staff member responsible for providing advice and guidance on performance monitoring and evaluation standards, Agency M&E policy, and ensuring that the Mission program resource allocation decisions are based on the best quality performance data available
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications required:
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in program monitoring, and/or evaluation in a developing country. Bachelor’s degree in the field of organizational learning or development assistance such as public, business or development administration, knowledge management, political science, economics, development studies or closely related, inter-disciplinary fields and comparable educational credentials
Salary Range: The salary range of the position is FSN -12: $29,075 – $52,355 yearly, articulated
in U.S. dollars but paid in Birr
Location of Work: USAID/US Embassy Entoto Road
