Position: Vehicle Monitoring Officer
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Track vehicle directions in advance and immediately notify the department head if a vehicle changes course.

Inform the department head if a vehicle stops for more than 5 minutes en route.

Monitor GPS messages and provide timely responses.

Report vehicle movements daily at 3:00 am and 9:00 pm to the department head.

Supervise vehicle activity during evening and morning hours outside normal work schedules, reporting any suspicious activity.

Monitor fuel usage and detect possible theft.

Prepare GPS reports every Friday and on the first day of each month.

Record vehicle deployment details including load, origin, and destination in advance.

Safeguard and properly use company property entrusted to you.

Submit weekly vehicle activity reports and provide a monthly summary within 3 days of the new month.

Record oil, battery, and tire changes and notify the department when replacements are due.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Level 4 or Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or Social Studies.

0 years and above work experience.
