We are looking for a goal-oriented Digital Marketing and Content Creation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement creative and analytical digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, enhance visibility, and drive customer acquisition. You will also manage social media accounts for Frontieri and its clients. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Develop and manage content calendars for company and client social media accounts.

Create engaging, high-quality content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.

Track social media trends and update strategies accordingly.
-
Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build an active online community.
-
Measure social media performance and optimize content for better reach and engagement.

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
-
Conduct digital presence audits and suggest improvements.
Content Creation & Management
-
Develop a content strategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives.

Create compelling content for blogs, videos, graphics, and social posts.
-
Ensure all materials reflect Frontieri’s brand voice and standards.
-
Maintain a content calendar and manage publication schedules.
-
Analyze performance metrics and improve content effectiveness.
-
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate representation of company services.
Digital Marketing Strategy
-
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Create and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search ranking.
-
Monitor and optimize campaign performance for higher ROI.
-
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Lead Generation & Conversion

Implement digital strategies to capture, qualify, and convert leads.
-
Design landing pages and lead magnets to improve conversion rates.
-
Build and optimize sales funnels for different customer segments.
-
Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover.
-
Track lead generation metrics and continuously enhance conversion performance.
Website Management
-
Update and manage website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Monitor website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools.

Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
-
Ensure mobile responsiveness and improved user experience.
-
Collaborate with IT for feature updates and site improvements.
AI Tools Utilization

Use AI tools for efficient content creation and performance optimization.
-
Leverage AI for data analysis, automation, and customer insights.
-
Implement AI-powered chatbots and automation tools responsibly.
-
Stay informed on new AI trends and maintain ethical standards in AI-driven marketing.
Reporting & Analytics

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital initiatives.

Prepare detailed marketing performance and ROI reports.
-
Analyze trends and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.

Present findings and insights to management.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
-
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
-
Proven experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
Required Skills

Strong content creation skills for diverse digital platforms.
-
In-depth understanding of social media management, including TikTok and Instagram.

Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Solid grasp of SEO principles and website optimization.
-
Proficiency in analytics tools for tracking performance and insights.

Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation and data analysis.
