About the Job
Big Star Academy – DMC Branch, in collaboration with Derba Midroc Cement (DMC) Factory, is looking for qualified, motivated, and passionate educators to join our Kindergarten team as Main Teachers and Assistant Teachers.
Successful applicants will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children, while supporting DMC’s continued dedication to community development and quality education.
Key Duties and Responsibilities (for both positions):

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.

Support children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom setting.

Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and school administration.

Assist in classroom management and help maintain discipline.

Participate in school programs, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.

Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.

Uphold the school’s values, ethics, and professional standards.
Position 1: Kindergarten Main Teacher
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education.
Skills: Excellent English communication, effective classroom management, creativity, patience, and a strong passion for teaching young learners.
Position 2: Kindergarten Assistant Teacher
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
Experience: No prior experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Skills: Strong teamwork, good communication, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
