This hybrid position combines clinical care with digital health outreach and patient engagement. The GP will provide healthcare services while leading digital campaigns and telemarketing initiatives to enhance patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Provide primary healthcare services.

Design and execute digital health campaigns.

Manage social media, video production, editing, and content writing (SMS, email, social media).

Handle telemarketing outreach for reminders, follow-ups, and health promotions.

Analyze patient engagement metrics and improve strategies.

Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to enhance patient digital experience.

Create content for blogs, health tips, and video messages.

Resolve patient complaints and feedback promptly.

Monitor patient satisfaction and implement service improvements.

Manage customer complaints with a professional and friendly approach.
Requirements

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in Ethiopia.
