Graphic/Motion Designer

At Temer Properties, design is more than visuals—it shapes how people experience our spaces. We’re looking for a Graphic /Motion Designer who can bring ideas to life and elevate our brand across every touchpoint.

Key Purpose Statement:
To develop compelling visual content that strengthens Temer Properties’ brand identity across digital and traditional platforms while supporting marketing and sales initiatives through creative design solutions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Brand Identity & Visual Content Creation

Design high-impact digital and print assets, including social media graphics, brochures, print ads, banners, event materials, and marketing collateral.

Translate creative concepts, campaign briefs, and marketing objectives into visually compelling, layout-driven designs.

Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.

• Print Production & Digital File Preparation

Prepare print-ready artwork adhering to exact technical specifications (pre-flight, CMYK, bleeds, margins, color profiles, and resolution standards).

Format and adapt static visual assets for web, digital display, social media platforms, and large-format outdoor print.

Collaborate with external vendors and print providers to conduct color proofs, verify specs, and guarantee high-quality physical output.

• Graphic Support for Motion & Media Teams

Create layered, vector-based graphics, layout storyboards, and design elements to hand off to motion graphics and video teams.

Develop static visual assets, infographics, and typography layouts for integration into digital signage, event presentation decks, and video campaigns.

Adapt existing design assets across multiple aspect ratios, dimension formats, and screen specifications.

• Creative Asset Management & Archival

Organize and maintain a clean, centralized design library containing editable source files (PSD, AI, INDD), export formats, fonts, and stock assets.

Establish version control standards and naming conventions to streamline file sharing and cross-departmental access.

Build reusable design templates and brand toolkits to enhance departmental workflow efficiency.

• Quality Assurance & Creative Collaboration

Conduct rigorous quality control checks on alignment, typography, legibility, color accuracy, and technical dimensions prior to publishing or printing.

Refine and iterate creative drafts based on stakeholder feedback while preserving core design integrity and messaging.

Work closely with copywriters, marketing leads, and event coordinators to ensure visual deliverables meet strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• At least 3 year Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital content, and campaign materials.
• Experience in motion graphics and basic video editing is highly preferred.

Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media content trends.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
